Our role is to provide accurate information in a form that property owners, managers and contractors can understand and use.
Qualified Surveyors
Our surveyors are P402 qualified and experienced in inspecting domestic, commercial and managed properties.
HSG264 Approach
Surveys are planned and carried out in line with the principles set out within HSG264.
Accredited Testing
Where sampling is required, materials are analysed by a UKAS-accredited asbestos-testing laboratory.
Fast Reporting
Reports are normally issued within 48 hours, with a 24-hour turnaround available on request where required.

247 Asbestos Services does not carry out asbestos removal. Our role is to inspect, test and report without pressure to recommend unnecessary work.
Finding asbestos does not always mean it must be removed. In some circumstances, materials can remain safely in place when they are in good condition and properly managed.
Recommendations are based on findings, condition and the risk of disturbance.
Reports explain what was identified and what action should be considered.
Where removal is needed, James can provide details of contractors whose work he knows and trusts.
