This really was a first rate service. James contacted me within a couple of hours of completing the website contact form and made an appointment to carry out the survey two days later. The results and the full report were then in our possession three days later, so five days from start to finish couldn't be more pleased. James is really personable and explained his process and procedures clearly and the report is clear and concise. Can't recommend more highly-First Rate.
